At Spheria, we are looking for a SAP Commerce Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to participate in international SAP CX projects. This is a functional role, focused on business processes, standard functionalities, and stakeholder management.
It is not a technical or Java development position.
Key areas of support or expertise
- Functional point of contact with business stakeholders
- Functional workshops and requirements gathering
- Translation of business needs into functional specifications
- Functional testing and UAT
- Go-live support and hypercare phase
- Functional documentation of requirements, solutions and test cases
- Promotion of best practices and standard SAP Commerce capabilities
- Collaboration with technical teams in solution definition

Key responsibilities
- Act as SAP Commerce Functional Consultant for business stakeholders
- Lead functional workshops and discovery sessions
- Translate business requirements into standard-aligned functional specifications
- Advise clients on best practices and native functionalities
- Support solution definition together with technical teams
- Plan, coordinate, and execute functional testing and UAT
- Provide support during go-live and hypercare
- Produce functional documentation (requirements, specifications, test cases)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP Commerce platforms
Required skills and experience
- Proven experience as SAP Commerce / SAP Hybris Functional Consultant or Business Analyst
- Solid knowledge of eCommerce processes:
- Product and catalog management
- Pricing and promotions
- Checkout and order management
- Customer management
- Strong understanding of SAP Commerce standard functionalities and configuration
- Experience working with business users and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in English or Spanish
