At SPHERIA, we are looking for a PHP Senior Developer to work on a strategic project within the healthcare sector, contributing to the development and evolution of high-impact technological solutions in an international environment.
Key areas of support or expertise
Backend development in PHP.
ZF2 / Laminas frameworks.
MySQL databases and query optimization.
Complex systems and legacy code maintenance.
Technology projects within the healthcare sector.

Develop and maintain critical system modules.
Analyze existing code and propose technical and architectural improvements.

Required skills and experience
More than 6 years of experience as a PHP Developer.
Strong command of ZF2 / Laminas.
Experience with MySQL, including query optimization and data modeling.
Basic front-end knowledge: HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Experience working with complex systems and maintaining legacy code.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
