Job description

At SPHERIA, we are looking for a Senior SAP BTP Developer to participate in strategic digital transformation projects, developing scalable and high-impact solutions within the SAP ecosystem using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

Key areas of support or expertise

  • SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Development of cloud-based SAP applications and extensions.
  • CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model).
  • SAP Cloud Foundry and/or Kyma.
  • SAPUI5 and OData services.
  • Clean Core architectures.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain applications on SAP BTP and native platform services.
  • Create and configure scalable services, extensions and applications within cloud architectures, following the Clean Core paradigm.
  • Work with modern DevOps practices: version control, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into efficient solutions.
  • Drive continuous technical improvements, ensuring quality, performance and security.
  • Document solutions, flows, integrations and technical architecture.

Required skills and experience

  • More than 5 years of proven experience developing with SAP BTP.
  • Strong command of CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model).
  • Experience with SAP Cloud Foundry and/or Kyma.
  • Solid knowledge of Node.js or Java within SAP BTP.
  • Experience with SAPUI5.
  • Knowledge of OData.
  • Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively and in remote environments.
