At SPHERIA, we are looking for a SAP Service CX Consultant to participate in strategic Customer Experience and digital transformation projects, especially within the healthcare sector, contributing to the optimization of customer service processes and integration with the SAP ecosystem.
SAP Service Cloud / SAP CX.
Customer service and Customer Experience processes.
Ticket management, SLAs, workflows and omnichannel.
Integrations within the SAP ecosystem and external systems.
International digital transformation projects.
Remote or hybrid working model.
International and multidisciplinary team.
Participation in innovative projects with high social impact.
Configure customer service processes, ticket management and workflows in SAP Service Cloud.
Support end users and prepare functional documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvements in Customer Experience processes.
Work on integrations with other SAP systems (SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP BTP, CPI / iFlows and APIs).
Participate in international projects, strengthening expertise in SAP CX.
More than 5 years of experience with SAP Service Cloud / SAP CX.
Strong knowledge of customer service processes: tickets, SLAs, workflows and omnichannel.
Experience with SAP integrations and APIs.
Ability to gather requirements, document and propose scalable solutions.
Ability to work autonomously and in remote environments.
