At SPHERIA, we are looking for a SAP Service Cloud Consultant to participate in strategic projects focused on digital transformation in the healthcare sector, collaborating in the improvement of customer service and support processes.
SAP Service Cloud / SAP C4C (Service).
Customer service processes: tickets, SLAs, workflows and omnichannel.
Integrations with SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP BTP, APIs and SAP CPI (iFlows).
Digital transformation projects in the healthcare sector.
Remote or hybrid work.
Multicultural and collaborative team.
High-impact projects in the healthcare sector.
More than 5 years of experience with SAP Service Cloud / SAP C4C (Service).
Strong knowledge of customer service processes.
Experience with integrations: SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP BTP, APIs and CPI/iFlows.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
English required. Spanish nice to have.
